Roderick Lawrie the British Snuff Maker

Roderick Lawrie (b. 1959) is a snuff maker and merchant of the British Isles who began operating together with his wife in 2006, the pair initially running production out of their house in Berwick-upon-Tweed. The Lawrie firm would expand quickly, and introduce its Silver Dollar and ToqueUSA lines in 2010, its Artisan and Otto lines in 2020, and its Toque CBD line in 2021. The Lawrie firm has been incorporated as Toque Tobacco Limited (later Toque Snuff Limited) from 2006 to 2020 and Sneeshyn Limited from 2022 to 2023. (R. Lawrie, personal communication, 2023-07-14.)
